Trailer Rentals

The Rental Period

Each rental period starts when the customer signs the rental contract. The customer may be charged a late fee for any additional time past the rental period until the trailer is returned.

Customer Liability

The customer is responsible for the rental fee and all damages to the trailer. The contract signed at the time of rental details damages.

Towing Vehicle Requirements:

The towing vehicle must be in good working condition with the correct trailer light wiring to match the trailer being rented. The customer must not exceed the towing limits specified in the towing vehicle’s owner’s manual.

Distance Limits

We have no distance limits for our rentals, however, in the event that we have to recover the trailer outside of our local area, fees may be charged.

License/Insurance Requirements

The customer must present a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance coverage.

Dumpster Rentals

The Rental Period

Each rental period starts when the customer signs the rental contract. The customer may be charged a late fee for any additional unpaid time past the rental period.

Customer Liability

The customer is responsible for the rental fee and all damages to the trailer. The contract signed at the time of rental details damages.

Distance Limits

We have a 25 mile drop-off radius included in our prices. Any location outside of that radius will have an additional $25 charge.  

Identification Requirments

The customer must present a valid proof of ID before the rental. 

Payment

A $50 Reservation Fee must be paid to book a rental date. This reservation fee will go towards the rental price, but will be forfeited if the rental is canceled. 

The remainder of the cost must be paid before the container is picked up to dump. 

Additional weight charges will be invoiced after dumping and must be paid within 24 hours to avoid late payment fees.
